Maintenance Department Needs

Our Maintenance Department Needs:

• Assorted hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, hand wrenches, etc.)
• Plumbing supplies and tools
• Electrical supplies (boxes, outlets, switches, covers, etc.) and electrical wire (Romex 12-2NM-B with a ground)
• Compact fluorescent light bulbs
• Paint Supplies (3” and 4” brushes, 9” roller heads, dropcloths, 2” painters tape, roll of painter’s paper)
• New under-counter ice machines (white)
• New or slightly used conventional stoves (electric with 2 large and 2 small burners; preferably white)
• Conventional washers (electric)
• Conventional dryers (electric)
• New or slightly used dishwashers (preferably white)

Our Grounds Maintenance Needs:

• 50’ and 100’ water hoses
• Spray nozzles
• 2 cycle engine oil
• 2-Gas Weedeaters (Stihl FS 80)
• Clear safety glasses
• Earplugs and/or muffs
• Leather gloves for the resident summer apprentice program

Our Automotive Shop Needs:

• Automatic transmission fluid
• Liquid tire sealer
• Anti-freeze
• Washer fluid
• Brake fluid
• Carwash soap
• Wiper blade refills 18” to 24”
• Pneumatic Tire changer
• Tire balancer
